Shipping Charges:
Please be sure that you have selected your shipping level for your order(s). If no selection has been made, it will automatically be shipped ground. Orders place by 10:30am (MST) Monday-Thursday will be shipped the same day. We typically do not ship on Friday unless a special request is made.

Standard Ground & Express Shipping
The standard shipping option for all orders is the Ground Delivery service of United Parcel Service (UPS). Orders shipped Ground will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order leaves the warehouse. 2nd Day Air, is available during the check out process. Someone at least 21 years of age must be present to sign for the shipment. We strongly encourage you to provide us, whenever possible, with a commercial address for the delivery of your order.
Order Tracking
When ordering we request email addresses for this reason. At the time your order is shipped an email notification will be sent to the email address designated for the recipient. If you are still in need of assistance, please contact Customer Service for order tracking information at 1-866-CRU-VIN1.
Multiple Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to sign for the package, two subsequent attempts to deliver will be made. Wine orders require an adult signature, so whenever possible, we strongly encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. Cru Vin Dogs is not responsible for damage to ground shipments due to weather, or for damage to shipments after the first delivery attempt.
