Appetizers will be paired by Highland's Garden Cafe chef/owner Pat Perry and inspired by Cru Vin Dog wines, including our 2008 Greyhound Sauvignon Blanc, 2006 Golden Retriever Chardonnay, 2008 Blue-Heeler Shiraz-Grenache-Mourvedre, 2005 "Yogi" Cabernet Sauvignon-Syrah, 2006 "Lucky" Cabernet-Merlot, 2005 Best in Show Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2007 Best in Show Pinot Noir.
